Hi, My name is Sankalp and I live in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
With nearly two decades of international HR experience, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with CXOs and leadership teams across industries (from financial services to healthcare and consumer goods) to shape future-ready organizations. My passion lies in driving transformation through talent, performance, and leadership development.
I offer career coaching and leadership coaching enabling people to develop their self awareness and reach their full potential.
I bring significant international experience, having lived and worked in India and Netherlands and have a successful track record in guiding executives, people leaders and talents in their development journey and in building strong teams.
